Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the treasury shall apply to the Accountant General in Form GFR 21 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Accountant General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
