Surrender of certificate.—Every treasury who ceases to carry on the receipt and payment of Government moneys shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Accountant General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every purchase order held by him has been disposed of.
