Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the society shall apply to the Waqf Tribunal in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Waqf Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
