Surrender of certificate.—Every interested person who ceases to carry on the claiming of compensation shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every possession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
