Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a dam dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the National Executive Committee in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every no-objection certificate then held; and the National Executive Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
