Surrender of certificate.—Every marriage bureau who ceases to carry on the arranging of marriages shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every inventory of the estate held by him has been disposed of.
