Application for registration.—Every marriage bureau carrying on the arranging of marriages shall make an application for registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form IV, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every notice of intended marriage held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
