Intimation of change.—Every sports academy shall intimate to the National Sports Board, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Sports Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
