Safe custody.—Every working women's hostel shall keep every individual care plan to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a working women's hostel is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every individual care plan so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Committee within forty-five days of the close of each year.
