Surrender of certificate.—Every working women's hostel who ceases to carry on the running of a working women's hostel shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every institution held by him has been disposed of.
