Intimation of change.—Every owner of a high-rise building shall intimate to the Director of Fire Services, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Fire Services shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
