Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a high-rise building who ceases to carry on the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every no-objection certificate held by him has been disposed of.
