Application for registration.—Every toll plaza operator carrying on the collection of tolls shall make an application for registration to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in Form 1, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every goods receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
