Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a waste treatment facility who ceases to carry on the treatment of waste shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every monitoring report held by him has been disposed of.
