Application for registration.—Every operator of a waste treatment facility carrying on the treatment of waste shall make an application for registration to the Central Board in Form VI, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every monitoring report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
