Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the hawker of food shall apply to the Designated Officer in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Designated Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
