Application for registration.—Every credit information company carrying on the business of credit information shall make an application for registration to the Financial Redress Agency in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every security interest held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
