Application for registration.—Every multimodal transport operator carrying on the business of multimodal transport shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Chits in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every account of sales held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
