Fees.—The fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Chief Inspector by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VI; and the Chief Inspector shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ten days of its receipt.
