Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a commercial establishment shall intimate to the Chief Inspector, in Form I and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
