Intimation of change.—Every tenant shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form E and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
