Surrender of certificate.—Every tenant who ceases to carry on the occupation of premises shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every apartment held by him has been disposed of.
