Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a stone crusher shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
