Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a stone crusher who ceases to carry on the running of a stone crusher shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every stock of minerals held by him has been disposed of.
