Clause 2, Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) (Unit Control) Order, 2024 [S8P-TNF]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002 (Karnataka Act 45 of 2002); (b) "export oriented unit" means a person carrying on the manufacture of goods for export; (c) "register of imports" means a register of imports received, held or disposed of by a export oriented unit in the course of the manufacture of goods for export; (d) "Form ANF-5A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
