Intimation of change.—Every ship recycler shall intimate to the Maritime Board, in Form 3 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Maritime Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
