Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall apply to the State Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the State Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
