Intimation of change.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall intimate to the State Authority, in Form D and within one day of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
