Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of books shall apply to the Board of Film Certification in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Board of Film Certification shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
