Intimation of change.—Every publisher of books shall intimate to the Board of Film Certification, in Form VIII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Film Certification shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
