Surrender of certificate.—Every petition writer who ceases to carry on the writing of petitions for reward shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Odisha in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every exhibit held by him has been disposed of.
