Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the petition writer shall apply to the Government of Odisha in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Government of Odisha shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
