Application for registration.—Every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall make an application for registration to the Town Vending Committee in Form G, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every building held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
