Report to the Government.—The Rehabilitation Council shall prepare, within forty-five days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of sanitation contractors whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Punjab and publish it within twenty-one days of its preparation.
