Application for registration.—Every contractor supplying employees carrying on the supply of employees to an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every declaration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
