Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Ombudsman in the custody of the Electrical Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Ombudsman; and where the Electrical Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form IV within thirty days of the succession.
