Application for registration.—Every distribution licensee carrying on the distribution of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Ombudsman in Form IV, within fifteen days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every storage tank held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
