Regulation 2, PNGRB (Appeals of Distribution licensees) Regulations, 2024 [S8P-G1F]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006); (b) "distribution licensee" means a person carrying on the distribution of electricity; (c) "meter" means a meter received, held or disposed of by a distribution licensee in the course of the distribution of electricity; (d) "Form IV" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
