Intimation of change.—Every assessee shall intimate to the Principal Chief Commissioner, in Form 10 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
