Intimation of change.—Every paying guest accommodation provider shall intimate to the Rent Authority, in Form D and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
