Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the landholder shall apply to the Land Tribunal in Form 3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Land Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
