Intimation of change.—Every storage operator of foodgrains shall intimate to the Designated Officer, in Form F and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Designated Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
