Surrender of certificate.—Every importer who ceases to carry on the import of goods shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Approval in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every shipping bill held by him has been disposed of.
