Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any importer dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Board of Approval in Form ANF-4A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of origin then held; and the Board of Approval shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
