Surrender of certificate.—Every court auctioneer who ceases to carry on the conduct of court auctions shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Legal Services Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every affidavit held by him has been disposed of.
