Application for registration.—Every shipping agent reporting crew carrying on the reporting of crew arriving in India shall make an application for registration to the Citizenship Committee in Form A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every arrival card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
