Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered match official shall apply to the Sports Authority in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Sports Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
