Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts of Assistant Mines Surveyor in the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Puducherry shall be 30, subject to variation dependent on workload; and the said post shall be classified as a Group 'A' post in the Service, Gazetted and Non-Ministerial, carrying Level 11 in the pay matrix.
