Application for registration.—Every annuity service provider carrying on the provision of annuities shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form 5, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
