Surrender of certificate.—Every designated consumer who ceases to carry on the consumption of energy by a designated consumer shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every cylinder held by him has been disposed of.
